Michelle and Sam
Our Health Care Assistants support the Practice Nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), ear syringing, ECGs and some injections. They also can act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one. Our two fantastic health care assistants have both undertaken comprehensive training programmes.
Teresa (Dispensary Manager), Michelle, Vicki, Debbie, Sam, Barb (Dispensers)
Our dispensing team is absolutely invaluable to the running of the practice. They are responsible for the smooth running of our dispensary, which is one of our greatest assets, allowing patients who don't have a pharmacy within one mile of their home to pick up prescriptions directly from us. They work tirelessly checking and packing prescriptions and dossette boxes and are always a friendly face as you enter the Practice. All of our dispensers are highly trained and have NVQ 2s in Pharmacy Services.
