Flu Campaign - Please contact reception who will advise when our sessions will be running

We now have appointments on the system for our over 65's, under 65's in a clinical at risk group, and for children aged 2 and 3 years, and children in a clinical at risk group. 

All children in classes Reception to year 5 not in a clinical at risk group will be vaccinated at school. 

 

 

 

Services



    • Minor surgery  - appointments are arranged with the Doctor and Practice Nurse, and include joint injections, cortisone injections and skin lesions. You will need to see a Clinician first, and if they assess it as necessary, they will book you a minor surgery slot.

 

    • Ear syringing -  appointments can be booked after a phone-call consultation with the Practice nurse

 

    • Well woman Clinic: Including cervical smears, Depo-Provera (3 monthly contraceptive injection) and pill checks - service provided by the Practice Nurse.

 

    • Ring Pessaries 

 

    • Contraception Services including: Coil fitting and removal, implant insertion and removal - all provided by Dr Raymond.

 

    • NHS Health Check - includes a blood test with the Health Care Assistant and a 20 minute appointment with the Practice Nurse a week later.

 

    • Child Health Clinic - by appointment with a doctor between 09:00-10:30 on Wednesdays. There is also a drop-in clinic attended by a Nursery Nurse or Health Visitor on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 09:00-10:30.

 

    • Childhood immunisations - by appointment with the Practice Nurse on Wednesday mornings.

 

    • Dietary advice - service provided by the Practice Nurse.

 

    • Drug monitoring - including Warfarin, anti-rheumatic drugs and lithium. Service provided by the Health Care Assistant.

 

    • Diagnostic ECGs - service provided by the Health Care Assistant.

 

    • Family planning - service provided by the Practice Nurse.

 

    • INR clinic - service provided by the Health Care Assistant.

 

    • Spirometry- service provided by the Practice Nurse.

 

    • Vaccinations and immunisations - service provided by the Practice Nurse.

 

    • Phlebotomy/ Blood-taking service  - service provided by the Health Care Assistant.

 

    • Well man Clinic - service provided by the Practice Nurse.

 

    • Maternity Services - by appointment with the midwife every Tuesday from 14.15.
