Alarm Issue - We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the problems we are experiencing with our alarm system. We are working very hard to work out why the alarms are being triggered. The company has now reduced the time the alarm will sound. We have been informed that there has been various individuals on the premises when we are closed, so please could we ask if you could all be vigilant as we have experienced some vandalism recently at the surgery also. Please let us know if you witness anything.

Customer service formWe make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please address a letter or email to the surgery containing the details of the complaint. You will be contacted shortly after in order to resolve the problem.
