If you have previously ordered your repeat medication through My Surgery Website, As from the 28th February 2019 this will cease to exist and will no longer be monitored. If you wish to continue ordering your medication online please complete the “Online Appointments and Repeat Prescriptions” Form. Please click on the following link to download the form and return to the surgery.

Customer service formWe make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please address a letter or email to the surgery containing the details of the complaint. You will be contacted shortly after in order to resolve the problem.
