Appointments calendar

Appointments to see a Clinician can be made by calling at the surgery or ringing 01594 510225. All surgeries are by appointment only. There's no need to report to reception on arrival, simply use the automated check-in screen and take a seat.

Emergencies take priority and are fitted in as necessary.

As some medical procedures require more time than others, please inform the receptionist what the appointment is for when booking. This will ensure that adequate time is allowed to carry out each procedure.

Appointments can be made for either a 'face to face' consultation, or a telephone consultation.

Telephone Consultations

You can request to speak to a member of our clinical team by telephoning the surgery on 01594 510225 before 12:00. Please ensure that you give the correct telephone number for where you will be between 12:00 and 13:30 as the Clinician will attempt to ring you back between these times. We offer telephone consultations with both Doctors and Practice Nurses. You will be asked to explain what you want to speak to a Clinician about, so our receptionist can book you a telephone appointment with the appropriate Clinician.

Cancellations and  Missed Appointments

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Whilst we are so grateful to the 90% of our patients who do attend their appointments on time; regretfully if you are late for an appointment we are not able to ensure that you will be seen.
