Alarm Issue - We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the problems we are experiencing with our alarm system. We are working very hard to work out why the alarms are being triggered. The company has now reduced the time the alarm will sound. We have been informed that there has been various individuals on the premises when we are closed, so please could we ask if you could all be vigilant as we have experienced some vandalism recently at the surgery also. Please let us know if you witness anything.

New Patient Registrationregister_now

If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure.

Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address so please provide proof by way of a recent utility bill along with one form of photographic ID.

You will need to complete a registration form (GMS1) and a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.

We ask that you allow us ten working days before booking a routine appointment after first registering. This will allow your medical records to be transferred to us.

If you take repeat-medication, please ensure you have enough left to enable us the time to receive your medical records and set up your prescriptions.
